Sponsor of Continuing Education

Any sponsor or individual responsible for the development and delivery of a continuing education activity for psychologists, specialists in school psychology, or psychological associates may seek pre-approval from the Louisiana State Board of Examiners of Psychologists (LSBEP). Approved activities are eligible to be listed on the Board’s website once authorized.
Sponsors are responsible for ensuring that all CPD activities meet the educational objectives and standards required for licensed psychologists; are presented by qualified instructors; maintain appropriate documentation of attendance and course content; and comply with all applicable LSBEP rules and reporting requirements.
Approval is granted by the Board and is not automatic. Incomplete applications or applications that do not demonstrate compliance with CPD requirements may be referred for additional review or denied.

Any sponsor who plans to advertise a CE activity as Board-approved, must complete this application.
Any sponsor that is not already recognized as acceptable under the Louisiana Administrative Code (LAC 46:LXIII.805.C), and who plans to offer or advertise a CE activity as Board-approved, must complete this application.
